I called Verizon again, spoke to someone else they said it is in collections and he could put an investigation to try and see if they could locate the missing check. I checked my bank account and they did not see the check cleared either. So I logged in to see Verizon sent me to collections! I called Verizon and asked why because they should have posted my payment and received this by now? The representative told me I did not get sent to collections that he would be a payment arrangement on my account for another week to see if the check would come in because mail has been slow with the Holidays.

On JanuI received an email from Experian credit that there was something wrong with my credit. I did not check my back account because my statement was not due to come out until Jan 2022. I program shows to be recorded, and sometimes it cant even record a single program I set to record. This sounded great since I appreciate the option of blowing through the advertisements on many channels, but the device hardly does what it's been hyped up to do. Lately, Verizon sold me on the six simultaneous recording capabilities of the DVR. HGTV was a big hit for me and boxing and on HBO and history channel. I got the Verizon because of all the hype about the fiber optics. I went with comcast for a bit before finally Verizon. I kept it for the full term of contract before going with another provider. Ok, when I first moved into my current home in 2001.
